Unusual take on the Tower complex reflecting in the tide pools at Blackpool. I believe that the mirror image of the Tower and the abstract sky are very effective here. Also the simplicity of my approach complements the few colours used. This was one of the first paintings that I gloss varnished in order to protect and enhance the image but just a word of caution, take any photographs before doing this as it becomes more reflective.
